  1. Papaya (पपीता):-sabse pehale aap ko Papaya ko apne daily diet main shamil karna hoga. Bcoz Papaya main Calories bahut cum hoti hai. Papaya main fiber ki acchi matra hoti hai jo aapko energy deti hain. Yeh aapke kidney ko bhi healthy rakhti hai. Jis se aapke weight loss fast hoga.
